A Spraywheel 3.6M Mobile operational in one day at Orca Entreprenad
A Spraystream mobile wheel wash system has been commissioned at Orca Entreprenad in Läggesta, Sweden. The installation was carried out by our local partner AMAS Svenska AB.
Orca Entreprenad AB is a Swedish contractor specialising in earthworks and site development. With heavy trucks moving in and out of their projects, keeping roads and their site clean is essential.
Efficient and flexible Installation
Orca Entreprenad required a practical and mobile solution to keep construction site traffic clean without major groundwork or permanent infrastructure.
The Spraystream mobile wheel wash provided a self-contained system that can be installed and operational within a single day.
The unit includes:

An automatic activation sensor for seamless operation

An integrated recycling tank, filtering water through natural sedimentation, completely chemical-free
At the Läggesta site, we opted for a ramp structure filled with concrete for better stability. However, there are also alternatives where the ramp does not need to be filled, depending on site conditions and operational requirements.
