These fog cannons are designed to produce a steady flow of microdroplets, effectively capturing airborne dust particles and preventing the release of fugitive dust. In addition to dust suppression, Spraystream fog cannons are also known for odour control and cooling solutions.

To help you get started, we've prepared a concise manual for the Spraystream machines, available in models S4.0, S7.5, S11.0, S15.0, S18.5, and S30.0 (HP).

! This manual does not replace the official manual.
! Only personnel with proper training and good knowledge of the equipment are allowed to operate the machine.

Quick start (and stop)

! Please read the warnings in the official manual before starting the machine.

Step 1. Remove the transport lock and any straps See that all moving parts can move freely.

Step 2. Connect the electrical power cable All electrical connections must follow local electrical regulations. Check that the emergency button is not pushed in (6), if so pull and turn the button to relaese

Step 3. Connect with a water hose Before connecting water, flush the supply hose until clear water, free of impurities flows out (>2bar - <5bar). Then connect the hose to the unit.

Step 4. Start the machine Press the FAN button (1) then after 10 sec the PUMP button (2).

Step 5. Rotation Bring the cannon into centre position with the selector switch (4). Select the preset angle (5), activate the function with button (3).

To stop the machine: Press the PUMP button (2) then after 30 sec the FAN button (1).
